Payment due AFTER acceptance. We provide space ONLY. You must bring everything you need.

Applicant assumes all risk for any loss, damage or injury to himself/herself or his/her property by agreeing to participate in the Hope Street Holiday Stroll event and the Hope Street Merchants Association (HSMA) shall in no way be liable for any damage to property or any personal injury to any applicant or persons employed or authorized by applicants to occupy or use Applicants assigned retail space including all common areas available to Applicant.
Applicant agrees to be present for the full duration of the Holiday Stroll event which they have been accepted for running for the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
By submitting this
application, the Applicant hereby releases HSMA both as business entities and individually and their successors, assigns, officers, employees and agents from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action that the Applicant may acquire against them arising out of or in any way connected with the Applicant's participation.
